Policy on Returns/Refunds/Exchanges?
Once an order has been placed but prior to shipping, itsmieille's shop does not accept refunds or exchanges without an appropriate reason. Once the order has been shipped, refunds and exchanges are no longer accepted unless the customer has received an incorrect or missing item. itsmieille's shop does not accept returns.
Orders containing preorder items are strictly non-refundable once the preorder period has ended.

It's been past the estimated delivery time and I still haven't received my order!
As postal services are still recovering these days from the aftermath of the pandemic, I ask that you please allow a couple extra days for your order to possibly reach you! However, if a substantial amount of time has passed and it's still radio silence, do feel free to reach out and I'll see what I can do!
