Orders are sent out from Ontario, Canada.

As everything on this storefront is managed by me alone, please allow up to a week in processing time for me to package your order! Orders will be shipped out usually once a week, most likely on Monday.

SHIPPING CHANGES AS OF MAY 2024: 
CANADA
[Canadian orders are currently on pause and not accepted at the moment. Apologies for the inconvenience!]
Orders will be sent out as Regular Lettermail WITHOUT tracking (in most cases) to offer lower shipping fees, by default. Please be sure to select the correct option at checkout should you require tracking as a Canadian customer!

USA+INTERNATIONAL
All orders will now be sent out with tracking by default, due to an unfortunate increase in cases of lost untracked mail. 
Should you still prefer to opt for the old option of untracked shipping for lower shipping fees, please feel free to reach out! However, please note that should the customer make this deliberate choice, itsmieille's shop is not responsible for any shipping issues that may occur and generally cannot replace untracked orders in the event they are lost or refund untracked shipping fees.

I will always do my best to package items properly and accordingly, but once the package is handed off to the postal service, please note I can no longer be responsible for any instances that may occur during the transport of your package. However, I will treat each situation by a case-by-case scenario, so do feel free to reach out should you encounter any issues.

Please note itsmieille's shop is not responsible for any additional fees that may occur upon the customer's receival of their package. Thank you for your understanding!

EU/UK customers: Please note that should they occur upon delivery, any extra VAT fees/etc are the responsibility of the customer. Alternatively, please consider purchasing from my Etsy storefront instead if you are a customer from said area to have a better gage of applicable taxes and fees when checking out!
